Maintenance Engineer needed to work as part of a team to effectively deliver both a preventative & reactive maintenance schedule following guidelines on safety, timescales & budget.
You will be responsible for the delivery of first class Maintenance Services across the area. The position shall focus on service delivery ensuring planned maintenance and reactive responses meet agreed service levels.
The applicant will be trade skilled, covering all aspects of building maintenance. This will include carpentry, electrical works, plumbing, heating and ventilation, general building maintenance including basic fabric fixes.
