I am reaching out to you as I have just had a hot job land at my desk for a Maintenance Surveyor covering the Plymouth area. This is a very exciting opportunity for you to join as the housing association I am working with are looking to expand their team as they have recently won new projects
Location: Plymouth Rate: 30- 32 an hour Contract: Temporary with PTE
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Surveyor: Review stock condition surveys and highlight reports
Identify potential CAT 1 hazards under the HHSRS rating system
Liaise with other departments in the company and also the contractors
