We are recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Surveyor to focus on major repairs, damp and mould and cases of disrepair.
As a Maintenance Surveyor you will;
-Undertake pre and post inspections of works
-Damp surveys
-Diagnosis of defects
-Identification of structural repairs
-Management of void refurbishments
-Delivery of the works on site
-Management of H&S
-Management of cases of disrepair, ensuring cases are logged effectively.
Candidates should have good experience of diagnosing defects. Experience working as a surveyor, good defect diagnosis experience, must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Offering hybrid working, excellent working conditions, 6-12 months initially with scope to continue into a long-term contract/ permanent.
