Maintenance Supervisor Commercial Property Services / Maintenance Hybrid Working South West Region (Bristol – Southampton) Salary negotiable ( 43K – 47K) + Car.

Are you an experienced Supervisor or Lead Engineer? Are you experienced within commerical property maintenance / property services? Are you capable of leading a team of 7 engineers?

Due to the promotion of a memeber of the team, we are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to work on a hybrid basis (from home, company head office and contract sites).

Contract sites consist of 5 private medical practises across the South West region in which you are expected to visit a minimum of once per month, locations are Bristol, Bath, Portsmouth, Southampton and Plymouth.

Package:

• Basic Salary: 43,000 – 47,000 per annum
• Up to 4.5K in salary allowances: 1,500 per AP course passed (MedGas, Electrical AP, LVAP, Mechanical Pressure Systems AP).
• Company Car / Van or Car Allowance
• Paid overtime available at x1.5 – x2 rates
• Call Out Rota 1 in 3 weeks. 150 per week standby. Call outs are via phone only within a Supervisory role.
• Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
• Locations: Home, Southampton based office, contract sites across Bristol, Bath, Portsmouth and Plymouth.

Duties:

• Managing engineers workloads across a team of 6-7 engineers, both static and mobile.
• Ensuring full compliance and health and safety is adheared to on the contract.
• Issuing permits.
• Organising sub-contractors.
• Ensuring engineers are updating log books / CAFM system.
• Liaising with the client to provide updates on works.
• Organising engineers call out rota.
• Providing technical assistance to engineers.

Requirements:

• Must be qualified to City and Guilds standard in Electrical or Mechanical disipline.
• Must have experience within commercial building services / maintenance.
• Experience in healthcare environments / hospitals would be an advantage but not essential.
• Preferrably have supervisory experience across a mobile contract.
• Able to legally work and drive in the UK.
