Key Requirements:
Experience: Substantial experience in the lettings industry with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
Qualifications: MARLA qualification is highly desirable.
Leadership: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team, fostering a positive and results-driven culture.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Organisational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and ensure operational efficiency.
Mobility: A valid UK driving license is essential
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with lettings software and comfortable with technology to support efficient operations.
