We are seeking a dedicated Labourer / Water Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with water-related projects, operating various machinery, and supporting the overall maintenance and installation activities. Responsibilities

• Assisting with excavation and site preparation using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment such as excavators
• Operating water-related machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Supporting the installation, maintenance, and repair of water systems and infrastructure
• Ensuring all work areas are kept clean, organised, and safe in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Supporting team members in completing project deadlines effectively
• Performing routine inspections of equipment and reporting any faults or issues

Experience

• Practical experience working on construction sites or infrastructure projects is beneficial but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to health and safety protocols are essential for this role
