Bennett & Game are seeking a Junior Contracts Manager to join a Main Contractor working across two sites in Milton Keynes & Banbury. The Junior Contracts Manager will be working on a variety of commercial and residential projects including new-build and refurbishment works. This is an excellent opportunity to gain a variety of site and office experience operating withing in a small to medium size business. Training and guidance will be provided by senior members of the team and you will be working alongside an experience PM & Contracts Manager.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will hold a relevant qualification within construction or surveying such as; T Level, HNC / HND, Degree etc.

Junior Contracts Manager Position Salary & Benefits

• Salary: 20k – 30k DOE
• 20 days paid holiday plus BH
• Ongoing training and support
• Full-time permanent position
• Chance to work for a smaller business gaining excellent experience across multiple areas of the business
• Funding provided for further qualifications, degree’s, CITB training etc.

Junior Contracts Manager Position Overview

• Operating across two sites in Banbury and Milton Keynes
• Assisting with managing the projects alongside the project manager & contracts manager
• Working alongside the commercial team on project financials
• Occasional visits to head office in Romford

Junior Contracts Manager Position Requirements

• Must hold a relevant qualification within construction or surveying such as; T Level, HNC / HND, Degree etc. (or similar)
• Full driving licence is essential due to site location
• Be able to commute to Milton Keynes & Banbury (based around Milton Keynes, Oxford, Bedford etc.)
• Ideally have some industry experience (not essential)
• Must be professional, presentable and serious about a career in construction
