I’m working with a national housebuilder who is looking for an experienced Internal Fit Out Manager to join their team on a partnerships housing scheme in North London.
The essentials: – Start: November – Duration: 6-12 months – Rate: 300- 320 per day (dependant on experience) – Certifications required: SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS
The role: – Oversee all internals and fit-out from 1st fix onwards on an RC frame high rise block of 60 apartments. – Report into the Senior Site Manager – Work as part of a strong management team of 8 – Drive quality, progress, and safety across the internal stages
Who we need: – A proven Internal Fit Out Manager with extensive experience in fit-out on high rise, RC frame blocks – Someone with drive, energy, and the ability to keep momentum on site -A manager who understands the demands of fast paced housing schemes and can coordinate multiple trades effectively
