Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority in Nottinghamshire who are looking for a Housing Options Officer to join their team for 6 months.

This Council has a very low caseload, so they only need you to work 3 days a week, perfect for those looking a more desirable work/life balance.

You will also only need to go into their offices once a week, cutting out the travelling costs whilst receiving a competitive rate!

You MUST have experience writing S184 decision letters and PHPs, as well as being well-versed in Housing and Homelessness Legislation.
