A new opportunity has arisen for a Multi-Skilled Groundworker to join a national contractor on a permanent basis. This role involves carrying out maintenance works within communal areas across Essex. While travel may be required, every effort will be made to keep you working as close to home as possible.
Salary: 36,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
Fencing installation and repairs
Paving and slab laying
Bollard installation
Brickwork and minor masonry repairs
Epoxy resin repairs
Wall and floor tiling
Minor roofing works
Pathway repairs and replacements
Rendering and tarmac patch repairs
Requirements:
Proven experience in a multi-skilled groundworking role
