Responsibilities include:
Managing two offices in different locations
Supervising staff performance for management
Overseeing staff development and training
Liaise with Director about upcoming projects
Manage a team of 260+ staff members
Commute to offices and sites to ensure optimal performance
Work with staff to bring the best out of them and to motivate the team
Skills:
It is essential that the successful candidate is trust worthy and can be open and honest
Knowledge of the principles of business administration
Familiarity with process improvement principles
Performance management skills
Excellent leadership and delegation skills
Ability to communicate effectively
