Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for an exciting freelance opportunity in Central London? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Manager to oversee night shifts for a structural refurbishment and fit out project, including both Cat A and Cat B work, for a leading fit out contractor.

About the Role:

As the Night Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project during the night shift. This role requires a proactive leader with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines. The position is a 12-week assignment, working 4 nights a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all site activities during the night shift, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Resolve any issues that arise on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs and reports.
• Ensure all health and safety protocols are adhered to, promoting a safe working environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on fit out or refurbishment projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Cat A and Cat B fit out processes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• First Aid certification.
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
• Black CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
