Fire Stoppers required

Project: Mixed Use development
Start Date: Immediate
Rate: £180-£200per day

We are currently looking for experienced Fire Stoppers to work on a Mixed Use development close to Brighton.

Requirements for the Fire Stopper:

  • Valid CSCS card (NVQ in Level 2 Passive Fire Protection) on it
  • Own tools and PPE – Including Orange/Yellow Trousers
  • Experience in Multi room Fire Stopping to current legal standard
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
  • IPAF is a bonus ticket
  • Public or own Transport is both ideal as close train station and first come, first served free parking on site

Duties for the Fire Stopper Include:

  • Installing batt and mastic fire stopping systems
  • Sealing service penetrations in walls, floors, and ceilings to meet fire resistance standards
  • Following site health and safety procedures
  • Working independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
