Location: Mobile (26 buildings across North Tyneside – 10 mile radius)
Salary: 42,000 – 45,000 + 5,000 car allowance. 26 days hol plus bank holidays
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are currently supporting a highly respected Facilities Management company in their search for a Facilities Manager to cover 26 sites in the North Tyneside area. Knowledge of PFI experience would be beneficial but not essential. Strong knowledge of excel, word and reporting will be required. This is a permanent role with good opportunites for future progression.
Reporting to the Project Manager, responsibilities will include:
Overseeing Engineers and Cleaners on individual sites and monitoring performance
Managing budgets and accounts
Liaison with other departments
Regular liaison and site updates with the Project Manager
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a previous and successful track record within the Facilities Management sector.
This role is offering 42,000 – 45,000 + car allowance as well as 26 days holiday + bank holidays, pension etc.
