White Label are excited to be working with a steelwork business that specialise in a variety of steelwork projects, in their search for an Estimator. With a longstanding presence in the industry, their team consistently delivers high-quality projects across the UK and Europe.
The Estimator will play a key role and be responsible for:
Developing accurate, competitive cost estimates and tenders for structural steelwork projects
Evaluating project requirements, including materials, fabrication, logistics, and assembly
Preparing quotations and completing required pricing documents for clients
Participating in tender review meetings, bid submissions, and client discussions during the tender phase
Supporting a smooth transition of awarded projects to the delivery team
Contributing to new business development efforts
Collaborating closely with internal departments, including design, construction, and sales, to align on project details
Building strong working relationships with clients and industry professionals
Qualifications and Experience of the Estimator:
At least 3 years of experience in an estimating or quantity surveying role
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings
Experience in steel fabrication is an asset but not required
