Corrie Recruitment is looking to recruit an experienced Estimator to join the commercial team at our clients head office in Inverness.
The successful candidate will play a key role in bidding for civil engineering projects across the Highlands & Islands, ensuring competitive, accurate, and compliant tenders are prepared.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering an excellent salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed and competitive tenders for civil engineering projects
Source and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations
Work closely with project managers and directors to ensure effective bid strategies
Requirements:
Substantial estimating experience in civil engineering
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant estimating software packages
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
