Estates Surveyor

Morgan Law is currently recruiting for an experienced Estates surveyor for one of our Public Sector clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for property development plans, as well as disposals associated with a portfolio of large-scale projects.

Your workload will includes in town centre regeneration and high-level influence with senior internal & external stakeholders.

Person Specification:

  • MRICS with extensive demonstrable experience in a local government setting
  • A strong understanding of Landlord and Tenant law
  • Experience of negotiating and closing commercial contracts
  • Knowledge of grant funding, statutory notices, property and LL&T law

(This role offers a flexible hybrid work pattern)
