Permanent opportunity for Estates Surveyor on APC pathway to work at council in Lancashire
Your new company You will be working for a council in Lancashire Your new role You will provide support in managing the Council’s property portfolio in accordance with legislation, applying good estate management practices and ensuring that the financial return on the Council’s investment is maximised, to include basic valuations, rent reviews, service charge management, new lettings, lease renewals, easements, and general estates management. You will support various areas including the management of the commercial property portfolio of shops, industrial units and ground rented properties, assisting with disposals of land and property, developing and implementing the Council’s asset review process and disposals programme, and support valuations of land and property. What you’ll need to succeed You will have a Property related BSc or equivalent and will be working towards MRICS What you’ll get in return £39,000-£43000 (including pay award) Flexible working hours Hybrid working 2 days per week wfh What you need to do now
