Role – Estate Manager
Location- Stratford, London
Salary- Up to 50k
Your role as an Estate Manager
You will manage a new and exciting estate with some of the world’s most exciting cultural and education organisations. You will have a permanent on site presence (5 days per week) to manage full service delivery across risk, occupier liaison, service contracts, repairs and maintenance and service charge budgets.
To be successful in the role, you must have experience with setting and reconciliation of service charge budgets, NEBOSH and IWFM qualification.
