• Just look at the very favorable working hours of Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.30pm and Saturday from 9.00am to 3.00pm with a full day off during the week (5 day working week).
• The Director is not a great lover of personal targets, as they can easily backfire and have the opposite effect than intended.

• We are looking for someone to take on the challenge to grow this into a successful and profitable office whilst keeping the same family business ethos and being a community focussed company.
• Your salary and role will grow with this offices success.
• You will predominantly cover Upminster and Cranham but also the whole of Havering.

• They don t have separate departments with different functions delegated so your clients are managed and represented throughout the entire process by you and you are entrusted with their business from the outset.

• As an independent business, all ideas are heard, and talent is nurtured to provide scope for future progression and promotion internally.

• Day to day you will be working as part of a team to ensure your clients get the results that they have employed you for, whilst working closely with the Branch Manager to achieve the branch target and objectives.

• Basic salary to £30,000 with on target earnings of £50,000.
