Are you a results-driven Negotiator or Estate Agent looking to join a new team? In this position, you will play a crucial role in all aspects of property and ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial contact to completion. Your responsibilities will include handling enquiries, arranging viewings, attending viewings, negotiating sales/lettings and aiding clients through our process. A strong emphasis will be placed on delivering a high-end customer service experience throughout the sales process
Preferred Requirements:
Understanding of the Property industry. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Accurate, numerate, and computer literate. Team player with excellent organisational skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching and exceeding targets. A passion for the property and a desire to learn and grow in this field. Full UK driving license and own car.
