The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the property market, effective negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
– Assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties
– Conducting property viewings and valuations
– Negotiating sales and rental agreements
– Marketing properties through online and offline channels
– Providing expert advice on property market trends and regulations
– Managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
– Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the agency

Requirements:
– Previous experience as an Estate Agent is desirable
– Proven track record of successful property sales or lettings
– Strong knowledge of the local property market
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Customer-focused approach and ability to build rapport with clients
– IT proficiency
