Their services include responsive repairs, void refurbishments, compliance services and planned maintenance works.
Your new role
As a Domestic Gas Engineer you will carry out a variety of technical service tasks, undertaking gas servicing, repairs or installations in occupied properties, delivering exceptional customer service whilst complying with relevant regulations, standards and organisation procedures. You’ll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.
What you’ll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will require relevant experience in a domestic gas role, ideally within a social housing environment. You will also require:

• ACS domestic gas (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1)
• Level 3 NVQ or equivalent C&G
• Full or automatic UK driving license
• Domestic plumbing experience
• Asbestos awareness, DAH1, plumbing equals desirable however not essential

What you’ll get in return
When successful in securing this role you will receive a permanent contract with a large, well-established maintenance contractor. You will also receive:

• 40,000 – 50,000 (depending on experience and technical ability)
