Job Title: Contracts Manager. Position: Permanent. Area: Cambridgeshire. Salary: Up to £95,000k plus benefits SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid. Start date: Immediate.
I am looking to speak to Contracts Managers to join my client, who are a Tier 1 Main Contractor in the Cambridgeshire area. They deliver a wide range of projects from Commercial, Retail as well as Healthcare and Education.
You will be joining a fantastic team at their new circa £80 million pound project in Cambridgeshire, which will run for the next 2 years. The project will consist of offices, laboratories as well car parking and hard landscaping. They are looking for someone from a Tier 1 Main Contractor background essentially. Working closely with the construction / commercial team, to help deliver the project on time and to a high standard. You will be overseeing and delivering 2 projects eventually, working closely with the Director as well as the overall team.
Also, be very sharp, organised, great work effect, technically proficient and great interpersonal skills leading a team to excellence. The opportunities are endless with my client, as they are one of the leading Contractors in the UK and have multiple years of work, in the Cambridgeshire area.
