Commercial Property Surveyor Full-Time

Location: Chesterfield (Hybrid, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm) Salary: £35,000- £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals, and negotiations

• Perform property surveys and maintain accurate records

• Upsell property management services

• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle administrative tasks

• Collaborate with maintenance teams for timely resolution of property issues

• Prepare detailed reports and present findings

• Manage and expand a portfolio of commercial properties

• Provide market intelligence and strategic advice

• Collaborate with legal teams, contractors, and stakeholders

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in property management or commercial property surveying

• Strong knowledge of property law, market trends, and regulations

• Proficiency in property management software (Veco preferred) and MS Office

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills

• Strong administrative and organisational skills

• Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field (RICS accreditation preferred)
