Your Role
Lead refurb projects (£250K£10M) in industrial & commercial sectors
Manage key client relationships & drive business growth
Mentor junior surveyors & help shape the service offering
Act as project lead, running the project from start to finish including invoicing, specifications, budgets and WIP.
What Youll Need
MRICS qualification
Experience in industrial & commercial sectors
Ability to lead projects & take ownership
Passion for ESG & sustainability (advantageous)
