Building Services Supervisor

Our client is seeking a responsible Building Services Supervisor in the Erdington area. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of functionality and sustainability in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate building maintenance, repairs, and services.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure buildings meet health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
• Oversee energy management systems to promote sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
• Liaise with clients, tenants, and stakeholders to address concerns and meet expectations.
• Prepare reports on building performance, maintenance activities, and budget management.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards.
• Provide emergency cover
• Opening/closing the building
• Act as additional Emergency First Aider and Fire Marshall

• Proven experience in building services or facilities management, with a supervisory background.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders.
