A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Graduate Quantity Surveyor , to assist with the delivery of a 50M+ New Build development in Bristol for their client Unite.
Your new company are a large National Main Contractor, who specialise in Commercial Build projects across the UK, over multiple sectors. This project is being built by the Living Space division, or more specifically within the Student Accommodation sector that equates to around 75% of the business. This will be a site based role with support in the form of an associated Commercial team, that includes a Senior Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Manager, and roaming Commercial Director.
Relevant degree level qualifications are essential.
