Options Resourcing have the pleasure of assisting one of Bristols fastest growing contractors recruiting an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their established and expanding commercial team. Though your day to day focus will be on variations on smaller projects you will be allocated your own build project, giving you exposure on projects ranging from bespoke leisure & retail fit outs, and commercial new builds, to work on listed buildings, ensuring the continued development of your commercial skills.
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have commercial experience on projects ranging from £20k 100k, and either be qualified or be working towards a relevant degree.
£30-33k +£4k car allowance salary dependent on experience
