Key Responsibilities:

• Support Estimation Process: Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for a variety of projects.
• Data Analysis: Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Bid Preparation: Collaborate with the estimation team to compile comprehensive bid packages.
• Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes and ensure competitive pricing.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all estimation activities and update databases regularly.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and accuracy in cost estimation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Educational Background: Degree or diploma in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret drawings, and develop precise estimates.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to ensure accuracy and consistency in estimates.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and external partners.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
