The Assistant Construction Project Manager Role

The Assistant Construction Project Manager will play a crucial role in supporting a range of projects within the Retail and Commercial sectors. Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the coordination and management of Retail and Commercial projects, ensuring smooth operation and successful delivery.
• Supporting project planning, scheduling, and budget management to keep projects on track.
• Contributing to the procurement process and maintaining effective supplier relations.
• Participating in site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Aiding in communication and collaboration with all project stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient project progression.
• Assisting in resolving project-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.

• Demonstrates a goal-oriented and energetic approach to work, with a strong desire to succeed.
• Is committed to hard work and excels in a team environment, contributing positively to team dynamics.

• Ideally possesses a relevant degree in construction management or a related field, or is actively working towards obtaining one.
• Preferably has previous experience in a role within a Consultancy, demonstrating foundational knowledge in the industry.
