Great new role for a talented and motivated Junior Architectural Technologist to join an expanding professional services team in Glasgow. Key Responsibilities:

• With the support of Senior Team members, working with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop detailed design solutions for a broad range of construction drawing projects
• Using Revit on a daily basis and some AutoCAD
• Demonstrate a high level of technical quality and service delivery
• Ensure that all designs comply with building regulations, codes, and standards
• Assist in the preparation of planning applications and building control submissions
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and assess project requirements
• Participate in design meetings and contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, materials, and construction methods

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field – recent Higher Education Students from CIAT accredited courses welcome to apply
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of building regulations, codes, and construction methodologies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Clean UK driving license and own transport
