The successful Architectural Technician will have sufficient post qualification experience and should have excellent technical abilities. You will boast creative design flare and should be confident liaising with clients and the wider team to deliver excellent technical detailing. AutoCAD and Revit proficiency is essential.
Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
Degree, HND or HNC in Architectural Technology
Sufficient post qualification experience
Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
Confident liaising with clients and the wider team
Residential experience is beneficial
Able to work on projects through all RIBA stages
Exceptional technical abilities
Positive and driven approach to work
Proficient using AutoCAD and Revit
