I am looking for a technically minded Architect with creative design flare to join a RIBA chartered practice in Chelmsford. The well-established team have a wide range of expertise across the residential, hospitality and education sectors and have an exceptional reputation for offering bespoke, client led designs.
The successful Architect will have significant post Part 3 experience and will have excellent technical abilities. You will enjoy working as part of a team and will have great knowledge of current UK building regulations. Revit experience is beneficial.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:
ARB registered
Sufficient post Part 3 qualification experience
Run projects from initiation to completion with the support of senior team members where needed
Great knowledge of current UK building regulations
Liaise with clients and team members
Work with junior team members to help their professional development
Develop technical designs to create exceptional design concepts
Attend site meetings
Must live a commutable distance from Chelmsford
Revit knowledge is essential
