As commercial lead on a scheme in the Birmingham area on a new build scheme of circa £15m, you will report to the Regional Commercial Manager for a strong privately -owned brand.
When you join, you will be part of a strong region with a turnover of circa £45m for a long - standing business with a group turnover in the region of £200m and a mix of projects across education, commercial and care schemes, generally in the £5-20m range. You will benefit from a business that has longevity and is a financially strong, asset-rich business that is looking for controlled growth. The family brand is key and the development of its people is well -developed within their business philosophy.
Responsible for your own new project, the second phase of a current educational scheme, you will be responsible for the full commercial management of the scheme with reporting accountability to a visiting Commercial Manager.
Skills and Experience
The role will suit someone who can demonstrate progression with a recognised brand, preferable with a good grounding in either the education or care home market and has experience as commercial lead.
