Creative Director (Branding), Central London - Up to £70,000


I’m working alongside an extremely well-respected and attractive creative agency based in Central London. They’re a talented team of ambitious and creative individuals with a client list that can only be described as enviable! They cover a great range of varied and cutting edge work which always centres around innovation and the brand in question. This focus and eye for engagement is what they are looking for in their latest addition to the team, a Creative Director.


As Creative Director you will act as both a creative consultant and an industry leader for the business. It’s a multi-faceted role so it's crucial that you have experience working with a diverse mix of clients and across a range of projects and relationship levels. You will be responsible for developing new and existing brands from the ground up. The ability to talk about how and why a brand concept has been generated is essential.


This position is well suited to an highly conceptual and hands-on Creative Director keen to take on more responsibility and further their career.


This team requires somebody capable of driving forward an innovative brand-centric culture for their clients. You’ll work in a lead capacity to help develop existing business with a wide range of international and global clients. You’ll be expected to lead, mentor and inspire the creative team. As Creative Lead you will set the bar for the whole creative department and its standards. In terms of character, as a senior role within the business the Creative Lead must be somebody the team can look to for inspiration and leadership.


Existing experience required: 

  • A wealth of creative agency (or equivalent) experience
  • 1-3 years existing Creative Diector experience, now looking to further themselves
  • Strong Passion for and knowledge of creative brand generation
  • An understanding of the different design techniques, technologies and working processes that are used to deliver creative projects
  • Extremely well organized and dedicated
  • Supporting the delivery of creative and innovative projects that were delivered on time, on budget and met client expectations
  • Personal drive to pursue opportunities with clients and follow through ensure great delivery
  • Excellent proposal and presentation writing skills.
  • Experience and eagerness for a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership, management analytical skills.

This is an exceptional position for a Creative Director with a few years experience to become the core creative generation expert within this well-respected branding agency.
