Brandon James
A leading global construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join its London team. The successful Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will work on complex Data Centre and Mission Critical projects where cost certainty, technical understanding and programme control are central to delivery.
The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor’s Role
The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will take responsibility for the commercial management of mechanical, electrical and public health packages across large-scale, technically demanding schemes.
Working closely with clients, design teams and contractors, the Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will provide detailed cost advice from early feasibility and benchmarking through procurement, construction and final account. The role will involve managing high-value MEP packages, challenging design decisions and identifying commercial risks before they impact delivery.
This would suit a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor who wants exposure to some of the most technically advanced projects in the market. The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will also support junior team members, strengthen client relationships and continue progressing within a major international consultancy.
