An award-winning office interiors company established more than 50 years ago are currently recruiting a Technical Services Manager to deliver multi-million pound M&E packages on Commercial D&B, Refurbishment and fit-out projects in and around Central London. Throughout their history, they have worked on a number of high-profile projects and continue to win projects for the future.
Due to continuous growth within the business, they are currently looking for a Technical Services Manager. The ideal candidate will ideally have experience providing fit-out services across the Commercial sector with particular emphasis on the Office and Commercial Banking sectors. Responsibilities Include: Method Statements and Risk Assessments. Permits to work. Overseeing the installation of mechanical & electrical programmes on site. Attending client meetings. Management of outside contractors
