This is an opportunity to join a growing, well-respected cost consultancy delivering high-profile residential projects for some of the UK’s leading developers and investors. What you’ll be doing:

• Managing project costs from feasibility through to final account.
• Preparing cost plans, estimates, tender documentation and contracts.
• Advising clients on procurement strategies and commercial decisions.
• Monitoring project budgets, valuations, variations and financial reporting.
• Working closely with clients, contractors and project teams to deliver successful outcomes.

What we’re looking for:

• Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy environment.
• Residential sector experience is desirable.
• RICS accredited degree or working towards MRICS.
• Good understanding of JCT and procurement routes.
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CostX or similar estimating software is advantageous.

• 55,000 – 70,000 basic (DOE)
