Are Juice is excited to be partnering exclusively with a boutique property company in their search for a Lettings Coordinator. This established team is looking for someone to join the team on a 6 – 9 month contract with the chance of it going permanent.
DAY TO DAY –
Be first point of contact via phone, email, and online
Qualify interested parties ensuring system has all the right information
Arrange and conduct viewings
Make sure all listings are posted on internal and external platforms
Right to rent checks, reference checks and more
Support wider team with general administration including maintenance requests and inspections
ALL ABOUT YOU –
Fantastic communication skills
Strong organisational skills
Work to targets when needed
Knowledge of lettings/ property industry
Own car and full clean driving license
Some transport required to other office to cover when needed
