Annual discretionary bonus THE ROLE Working with clients providing services in acquisition, disposal, LPA receivership, agency, valuation (resi and commercial), asset/portfolio management, tenant representation and much more Providing commercial solutions in either joint venture arrangements, sale and leaseback and future strategy where necessary. Assisting the director in their caseload management Business development to bring in new work is not essential, you will be rewarded well for doing so. Helping junior surveyors to help them reach chartered status THE PERSON 3 + years MRICS qualified Strong experience within General Practice Knowledge of the London and Essex market would be well regarded Enthusiastic, honest and committed.
